For the cover of a psychology magazine, I created an illustration that explores the theme of overwhelming emotions. What is hidden inside us? How can we better understand our emotions and connect with ourselves? How can we find calm and emotional stability, ultimately achieving a state of homeostasis?

I chose vibrant, playful colors, in general variety of pink. I aimed made my illustration confident and eyecatching. Pink colour could be related with strong emotions that we perceive when we fall in love.

To create the illustration, I used traditional techniques, starting with hand-drawn traces made with pens, markers, and fineliners in my sketchbook. I then cut these elements into dynamic, irregular shapes to emphasize movement. I add digital drawing to illustrate big, geometric chair, unconventional bowls and cups.
